Villa Tinikatolu offers you a whole range of in-villa dining or self-catering options.
For the ultimate relaxation let us look after all your catering needs. Our hospitality staff and private chefs will prepare 3 meals a day to the quality that you would expect at a high-end resort. This includes a full breakfast including a hot selection, choices of dishes for lunch and three courses for dinner, including non-alcoholic drinks. Our chef will contact you prior to your stay to discuss menu and food preferences. There are various menu options available each day as well as special cultural, celebration and tasting menus. Additionally, we cater for all dietary requirements. Special requests for vegan, vegetarian, gluten or lactose-free meals can absolutely be made to ensure that your meals are catered to exactly how you like them.
All alcoholic drinks will need to be provided/purchased by the guests, the villa is fully equipped with wine and beverage glasses. We have wine and beer you can purchase from our hospitality staff.
The Meal packages can also customized to suit your preferences.
VILLA TINIKATOLU FIJIAN CURRY DINNER
Mere our talented Villa Manager is a wonderful cook and makes a delicious Fijian Chicken (or fish) Curry. It comes with rice, raita, homemade roti, and she prepares vegetables and/or salad depending on what available or in season at the time. It’s not hot but mild with a lovely spice flavour. It is a family style dinner, simple but we love it, so delicious. We always ask Mere to prepare this for the first night we arrive as we are often tired after our travels. She also surprises us with delicious dessert to finish.
LOCAL SHOPPING
Pacific Harbour Centre, Grace Rd Supermarket, local roadside stalls and Navua Market
Located just a 5-minute drive from Villa Tinikatolu is the central hub of Pacific Harbour. The village offers a range of very casual dining option from lunchtime wraps and smoothies to pizza, restaurants, and bars. There is a well-stocked supermarket and specialty food/meat supplier that stocks free-range eggs. We can also help you with a local fresh seafood provider.
Further down the road are local fresh fruit and vegetable stalls. Grace Rd Supermarket has an international range of products as well as their own vegetables grown on their farms. They also have a food court serving up fresh meals including sushi which can also be taken away.
Navua town has a small but lively fresh food market and more well stocked supermarkets.
