Villa Tinikatolu, Stunning Luxury Villa Fiji

Thank you for helping to make us feel so at home. We felt so comfortable and welcome by you, Mere, and Temeri. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. The grounds and home were always kept in pristine condition, as Mere and Temeri were always tidying up and keeping our environment clean and beautiful. We enjoyed their company as well, and our girls learned a lot about Fijian culture from our conversations with them. There was always laughter, music, plenty of adventure and relaxation throughout our stay! We were sad to have to leave and go back to reality, but we are already planning to return as soon as we can and bring some other family members to discover Fiji with us! Also, a special thank you to the chefs who prepared our meals and added decorative touches and presentation to each meal. Every meal felt like a cultural experience and a celebration. The food was fresh and healthy and being able to enjoy it in the comfort of our home without having to cook and do dishes made it so much more of a vacation! Thank to Katy for arranging everything we needed to really enjoy every minute! We will miss all of the fine details you took great care to prepare for us. We felt cared for by you and your staff and will truly miss you all until we meet again!!

Villa Tinakatolu is beautiful. A guaranteed wonderful holiday. Mere and Temeri are dedicated, charming and caring, and run the house so well. The perfect combination of helping you when needed and giving you space. We felt very cared for. Katy was super helpful on email. It’s a well organised outfit. The house is big and beautiful, resort-like with gracious spaces, and lots of lovely spots for quiet time and then great social spaces too. It is very well appointed (they have thought of everything you could possibly need) with great beds, bathrooms and aircon. We all slept perfectly. The 3 bedrooms are all very separate from each other, which we loved. All of them are like a suite, lots of space, privacy, different views etc. We took our children age 10 and up, and it was the perfect property for us. The beach is amazing. We weren’t expecting it to be so beautiful. Most of the time we were the only people on it. We used the personal chef a few times and he was great. And you’re only a 5 minute drive to good local restaurants, supermarkets and takeaways. We have been to Fiji a lot, and are thrilled to have discovered this gem of a house in such a stunning spot.

A fabulous villa with excellent amenities and wonderful helpers. We had a fantastic stay nothing we would change. The villa is beautiful, the gardens are heaven and the place had everything you could possibly want or need. Mere and Temeri were fantastic nothing was too much trouble, and they were lovely to have around. The whole family had a blissful time relaxing but also enjoying the pool and the beach. Thanks again for all your help with the payment and setting up the chef - the meals were fab and something for everyone. It was heaven for me not to have to think about shopping/preparing and cooking! Christmas lunch at the resort was great and would highly recommend for future guests. We had a great stay and were sad to leave!

Absolutely fantastic in all respects! When we return Fiji, we will 100% stay at Villa Tinikatolu again. It's a gem, and Katy and the team at the villa couldn't be more gracious, thoughtful and kind hosts.

Villa Tinikatolu - Beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. Beautiful, oceanside, beach front villa set in tropical gardens with our own private pool. Mere and Temeri were warm and welcoming. Comfortable, Fijian style furnishings inside, very easy to relax here on the occasional rainy day. Board games, books, DVD’s and Wi-Fi when we chose to stay in. Mere is a brilliant cook and took excellent care of us. There was no need for us to leave the villa to eat out or shop. Mostly we chose to dine in. Sunny morning swims in the warm ocean were our favourite way to start each day, evening drinks on the deck to finish. Villa Tinikatolu is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Villa Tinikatolu - Paradise in Fiji. Villa Tinikatolu would have to be the most relaxing and reenergising holidays I have ever had! The Villa itself is divine, the perfect idea of a luxury tropical paradise with a beautiful pool, gorgeous Fijian architecture, generous bedroom suites and covered walkways throughout. With the beach at your doorstep, you can hear gentle waves when you wake up or are enjoying sunset cocktails on the deck. For those wet Fijian days, there were plenty of media, activities, and covered areas to keep us all out of the weather and entertained. The villa staff, Mere and Temeri could not have been more welcoming and attentive - we got to eat delicious food and do amazing things like snorkelling offshore. Mere will look after you as though you were one of her family, serving delicious local fruit and the best scrambled eggs you’ve ever for breakfast. The visiting gourmet chef was also first class, with sumptuous multi course dinners to suit everyone. We were so sad to leave and will be going back as soon as possible! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Wannanavu (Means beautiful in Fijian). We stopped by the Villa this morning and introduced ourselves to Temeri. Mere was out but Temeri most graciously gave us a tour and we are simply in awe of the Villa. We especially loved the art and noticed some signed by Mere. The grounds are stunning, and we can’t wait to gather there with all the family tomorrow. ..... after our stay. We continue to reflect on this very special time in your wonder ful villa. Such amazing memories. Our son missed out on this trip but has heard so many glowing reports from his sister and from us. He is now working to find a way to visit your villa as well.

Luxury, private and spacious Beautiful villa, the bedrooms are all luxurious and private with large ensuites, all the villa opens up to the sounds of the beach and the breeze blowing through It has everything you want and need, Mary the housekeeper looks after you with the typical smiling friendliness that comes with Fiji.

Our family of 8 had an amazing time at Villa Tinikatolu. Firstly, communication prior to the visit was excellent and informative. The villa itself is beautiful, clean, and the best location on an ideal, quiet, gorgeous beach. The pool was lovey and we loved having so many meals open air. Mere and Temeri make the villa so special with their personal care and assistance. They were great with our five children. We also used the massage option one day and really enjoyed that. The Wi-Fi was strong and consistent. We hired the private chef to make our meals and that turned out so well for us. We loved being able to relax at the villa until lunch/dinner and just eat there. So nice with our kids! Five stars

We were so lucky to have stumbled upon Katy’s amazing property for my son’s wedding. It was above all our expectations. We stayed 8 nights in this beautiful and comfortable home, with stunning designer landscaping and backyard that no one wanted to leave. The amazing beachfront setting, on a beautiful and peaceful stretch of beach with coral reef full of fish to the right of it, was perfect. The decor and landscaping really have the Wow factor. Three bedrooms are set apart from each other, with very comfortable beds, two in separate structures creating privacy, and the outdoor living area has comfortable and cosy seating areas, a beautiful large dining area, hot tub, and two hammocks. Paddleboards, kayak and snorkeling equipment were available. Katy arranged several fabulous meals with a private chef. House staff Mere and Temeri were amazing and set up the wedding event with beautiful Fijian decorations, trio of wonderful musicians, kava ceremony. I truly recommend staying in this home!
