Villa Tinikatolu, Stunning Luxury Villa Fiji

This was our first trip to Fiji, and it couldn’t have been better! Katy was an amazing host from the very beginning to the end of our stay. She was always just a quick call or message away and made sure we had everything we needed to make our trip successful. Mere and Nukai took exceptional care of us throughout our stay and truly made us feel welcome. Be sure to get the massage Mere recommends—it is worth it. The house is absolutely beautiful, impeccably maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.We also took advantage of the chef service, and it was one of the highlights of our trip and worth it. Every meal was delicious, there was plenty of food, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The ocean is a few steps away. The beach is beautiful, to walk on, sand is soft, great to collect shells and enjoy the view. We had special Lovo night, with Meke performance, and Fijian music. It was a memory we will never forget. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

Fiji Paradise. What a fabulous location - the villa is just what you need for a relaxing family holiday! So spacious and equipped with everything you need, including the services of the beautiful Mere ❤️ From the beach to the pool to the spa was a daily ritual, along with the amazing breakfast we opted to have catered. The in house meals we chose for some nights were delicious and abundant - be prepared for an increase in the waistline ! Nice to have the resort next door as well but honestly we were happy to relax and enjoy the villa and it lovely surrounds without adding in too much more - a perfect winter retreat.

My Family and I had a wonderful stay! The place was very nice! It was Private and being right on the beach was a huge bonus! The staff was amazing and tended to all of our needs! They went above and beyond for us! Katy was amazing as well and even though we had a flight cancellation at the last minute she was able to adjust our schedule for the original amount of time we had booked. Which we were extremely grateful. I hope to be able to visit again some day!

We have travelled all over the world and stayed at Luxurious 5 Star resorts and legacy estates. And I have to say, what we experienced at Katy’s ranks as one of our favourite experiences. From the communication to the location, to the help on site- start to finish it was a lovely experience, and we felt perfectly cared for and cannot wait to come again. We fell in love with Fiji and the people and feel so fortunate to have found this jewel of a property. Truly one of our favourite trips of all time.

We had the very best celebration for my 80th!! It was everything I love. Loved every day. The beautiful villa exceeded all expectations. The beach was great. We loved Mere and Brenda's participation on birthday night. Beautifully decorated table and wrapped posts. Food was to die for. Other highlights were dinner at Nanuka. Loved this restaurant and acoustic guitar played our favourite songs. Don played my Simon's song on guitar. Then a surprise torchlight Happy Birthday and cupcake as we left. Snorkelling unbelievable. I stayed for over 1 hour unheard of !! Lots of love and appreciation. Veronica and Don xx

Listen to the birds and the waves. This villa made me feel like a pampered queen from the moment I arrived. It was raining when we got there, so we headed straight for the warm hot tub with a glass of bubbles, turned off all phones and music and listened to the sound of the heavy rain on the leaves. The tree surrounding the hot tub is home to Native orchids. One of my favourite moments each day was sitting on the pool lounger with a coffee in hand, watching the resident kingfisher (We called him Bob) hopping between branches. I just felt at peace.

I cannot say enough about how much we loved our experience at Villa Tinikatolu. Katy was amazing in making sure everything was prepared for our arrival, providing guidance on activities, and answering all of my other questions. From the moment we arrived and greeted by Mere, we truly felt we were in our paradise home. The grounds are beautiful and the villa is exactly was depicted on the site, and was clean, well maintained, and steps from the beach. I highly recommend the Lovo and Chef prepared meals, both of where were plentiful and delicious. With all of that, Mere is the true gem of the villa, making us feel like family along with Brenda (who has some great dance moves), and Nukai who took care of the grounds, built the Lovo, and escorted us to our activities and shopping.

Stayed with kids This is one of the most beautiful villas in the world. It will simply take your breath away. Although you're next to a beautiful 5 star resort, the villa is extremely private and quiet. Katy and her team go above and beyond to help you plan a memorable stay including organizing special trips/excursions, boat rentals and celebrations. Transfer to and from Nadi airport was very easy. I would highly recommend the breakfast and dinner chef services which were outstanding. Mere, the housekeeper, and her team will make you feel at home and pampered from the minute you arrive. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to return. Anne

I can’t say enough great things about this wonderful property! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures would suggest. The beach was private, the surrounding resort is gorgeous and everyone is so friendly. I also can’t say enough great things about Mere. She alone makes the stay there worth it. It is definitely a unique and wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it.

Wow! This place is absolutely gorgeous and has the most amazing staff! Mere took care of us as if we were her own children and the boys were fantastic as well, making sure the villa always looked incredible and driving us to our tours. The food was incredible and more than you can possibly eat. We had to diet at our next couple of resorts just to fit in our clothes. Katy was fantastic as well, letting us stay another night when our flight was cancelled. I loved that she did check with the staff to be sure they were comfortable with having less time to get ready for the next guests before she agreed to another night. It is awesome that 1) she respects her staff and 2) she is concerned about quality of the next person’s stay. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Luxury, private and spacious Beautiful villa, the bedrooms are all luxurious and private with large ensuites, all the villa opens up to the sounds of the beach and the breeze blowing through It has everything you want and need, Mary the housekeeper looks after you with the typical smiling friendliness that comes with Fiji.

Our family of 8 had an amazing time at Villa Tinikatolu. Firstly, communication prior to the visit was excellent and informative. The villa itself is beautiful, clean, and the best location on an ideal, quiet, gorgeous beach. The pool was lovey and we loved having so many meals open air. Mere and Temeri make the villa so special with their personal care and assistance. They were great with our five children. We also used the massage option one day and really enjoyed that. The Wi-Fi was strong and consistent. We hired the private chef to make our meals and that turned out so well for us. We loved being able to relax at the villa until lunch/dinner and just eat there. So nice with our kids! Five stars

We were so lucky to have stumbled upon Katy’s amazing property for my son’s wedding. It was above all our expectations. We stayed 8 nights in this beautiful and comfortable home, with stunning designer landscaping and backyard that no one wanted to leave. The amazing beachfront setting, on a beautiful and peaceful stretch of beach with coral reef full of fish to the right of it, was perfect. The decor and landscaping really have the Wow factor. Three bedrooms are set apart from each other, with very comfortable beds, two in separate structures creating privacy, and the outdoor living area has comfortable and cosy seating areas, a beautiful large dining area, hot tub, and two hammocks. Paddleboards, kayak and snorkeling equipment were available. Katy arranged several fabulous meals with a private chef. House staff Mere and Temeri were amazing and set up the wedding event with beautiful Fijian decorations, trio of wonderful musicians, kava ceremony. I truly recommend staying in this home!

Wannanavu (Means beautiful in Fijian). We stopped by the Villa this morning and introduced ourselves to Temeri. Mere was out but Temeri most graciously gave us a tour and we are simply in awe of the Villa. We especially loved the art and noticed some signed by Mere. The grounds are stunning, and we can’t wait to gather there with all the family tomorrow. ..... after our stay. We continue to reflect on this very special time in your wonder ful villa. Such amazing memories. Our son missed out on this trip but has heard so many glowing reports from his sister and from us. He is now working to find a way to visit your villa as well.

Villa Tinikatolu - Paradise in Fiji. Villa Tinikatolu would have to be the most relaxing and reenergising holidays I have ever had! The Villa itself is divine, the perfect idea of a luxury tropical paradise with a beautiful pool, gorgeous Fijian architecture, generous bedroom suites and covered walkways throughout. With the beach at your doorstep, you can hear gentle waves when you wake up or are enjoying sunset cocktails on the deck. For those wet Fijian days, there were plenty of media, activities, and covered areas to keep us all out of the weather and entertained. The villa staff, Mere and Temeri could not have been more welcoming and attentive - we got to eat delicious food and do amazing things like snorkelling offshore. Mere will look after you as though you were one of her family, serving delicious local fruit and the best scrambled eggs you’ve ever for breakfast. The visiting gourmet chef was also first class, with sumptuous multi course dinners to suit everyone. We were so sad to leave and will be going back as soon as possible! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Family Group - It’s hard to know what to say other than perfection. The Villa was spacious and extremely well appointed—elegant and comfy. Like a vacation home I’d been coming to all my life. The array of indoor, outdoor, and indoor/outdoor seating areas will suit any taste. I think I spent time just about everywhere. If you, like me, enjoy full service resorts but also appreciate a kind of quiet luxury, then you’ve come to the right place. The villa is part of a boutique resort—Nanuku—which is quite literally right next door, accessible by the driveway or the beach. You can dine “out” or prearrange for lunches and dinner by a local chef. And the one-of-a-kind Mere, who oversees the house on site, is a phenomenal cook. Don’t miss her Fijian curry dinner with a delectable dahl soup! Her breakfasts will, for most, make lunches delightfully unnecessary. And the host, Katy, is extremely personable, proactive, and a wealth of ideas—she obviously loves the villa and area and is keen to share with others.
